1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Final sale or clearance products
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made items

3. Return Process

To request a return, follow these steps:

• Email us at help@mrfreeshirts.com with your order number and the reason for return.
• We will provide a return shipping label or instructions.
• Returned items must be shipped back within 14 days after return approval.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or another product, please request an exchange when contacting us. Exchanges depend on item availability.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
