Cancel / Change Order

At Mrfreeshirts (“we,” “us,” “our”), we understand that customers may need to update or cancel orders after purchase. This Cancel & Change Order Policy explains the conditions, timelines, and procedures for requesting modifications or cancellations.
We strive to process and ship orders quickly, often within 1–2 business days. For this reason, all modification or cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.
1. Order Processing Window
All orders placed on mrfreeshirts.com enter our processing queue immediately.
Handling Time: 1–2 business days
Order Cut-Off Time:
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday, begin processing the same business day.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.
Because of this fast processing schedule, cancellation or change requests are time-sensitive.
2. Canceling an Order
2.1 Cancellation Eligibility
You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order.
Cancellation is possible only if:
- The order has not yet entered the packing stage.
- The item has not been shipped.
- The carrier tracking number has not been created.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
2.2 How to Request a Cancellation
To request cancellation, contact us immediately with:
- Full name
- Order number
- Email used during purchase
- Reason for cancellation (optional)

2.3 Refund for Canceled Orders
Approved cancellations receive a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
We do not charge cancellation fees.
3. Changing an Order
Customers may request order modifications within the same 2-hour window.
3.1 Types of Changes Allowed
If the order has not been packed or shipped, you may request:
- Size changes
- Color changes
- Quantity adjustments
- Updating the shipping address
- Replacing an item with another product
- Correcting customer information (name, email, phone number)
Changes cannot be made once the order has shipped.
3.2 Changing the Shipping Address After Ordering
Address changes are permitted only before the order is shipped.
If the package has already been handed to the carrier:
- We cannot modify the address.
- You may contact the carrier directly to attempt an intercept or rerouting.
- If delivery fails, the order may return to us and be processed as a return.
4. If the Order Has Already Shipped
Once your order has shipped, we are unable to:
- Cancel the order
- Change the items
- Modify the shipping address
- Update variations (size, color, style)
If you no longer want the item:
- Wait for delivery.
- Submit a return request under our 60-day Return & Refund Policy.
You will receive a full refund with no fees, as long as the item meets return conditions.
5. Refusing Delivery
You may refuse delivery only if:
- The wrong item was sent.
- The package is visibly damaged.
If you refuse the package for personal reasons:
- The package will return to our warehouse.
- The return will be processed under our standard policy.
- A full refund will be issued once inspected.
We do not charge refusal or restocking fees.
6. Pre-Order or Back-Order Modifications
If certain products are temporarily unavailable as pre-orders or back-orders:
- Orders may be canceled anytime before shipping.
- Orders may be modified if the new product is in stock.
- Full refunds will be issued for unavailable items.
- Customers will be notified via email if delays occur.
7. Promotional Orders & Discount Codes
7.1 Adding a Discount Code After Purchase
We cannot apply discount codes retroactively after an order has been completed.
7.2 Changing Items in Promotional Orders
Changes may alter the discount or total cost. Customers must approve the revised pricing before we proceed.
8. Out-of-Stock Items
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will:
- Notify you immediately
- Offer a free upgrade or replacement
- Offer full cancellation and refund
- Offer store credit (optional)
No fees will ever be charged for out-of-stock cancellations.
9. Order Errors Caused by Mrfreeshirts
If the issue is our fault (wrong size/item, missing item, defect), you may request:
- A free replacement
- A free exchange
- A full refund
We cover all costs including replacement shipping and return shipping.
