Payments are authorized directly through PayPal or Venmo. Authorization typically occurs instantly, though additional verification may be required by the payment provider.

2.2 When You Are Charged

Payment is captured at the time your order is successfully placed. Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their PayPal or Venmo account information is accurate and up to date. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in payment delays or order cancellation.

5. Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment fails, the order will not be processed. Customers may place a new order once the issue is resolved.

6. Refunds to Original Payment Method

Refunds are issued according to our 60-day Return & Refund Policy and are always returned to the original payment method used (PayPal or Venmo). Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days, depending on the payment platform. No refund or restocking fees are charged.
