1. Ordering
1.1 How do I place an order?
Browse our women’s apparel selection (blouses, jeans, outerwear, shirts, t-shirts, tank tops, camis), choose size and color, add items to cart, and complete checkout using any accepted payment method.
1.2 I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, email support@mrfreeshirts.com with your full name and the email used at checkout.
1.3 Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You may request changes or cancellations before your order enters processing. Processing starts quickly due to our 1–2 business day handling time — contact support as soon as possible. See our Cancel/Change Order Policy for details.

2.3 Which carriers do you use?
We work with recognized carriers depending on availability and destination to ensure timely delivery.
2.4 Do you ship internationally?
If international shipping is available for your region, options will appear at checkout. If no options appear, we currently do not ship to your location.
2.5 How do I track my order?
A tracking number is provided once your order ships. Use that number on the carrier’s tracking page to monitor delivery progress.
2.6 My package shows delivered, but I did not receive it.
Check around your property, ask neighbors, and allow 24 hours for carrier updates. If still missing, contact us and your carrier for assistance.
3. Returns & Refunds
3.1 Return window
We accept returns within 60 days of delivery.
3.2 Return & restocking fees
No. Mrfreeshirts does not charge any fees for returns or refunds.
3.3 Eligible items
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags intact and in original packaging.
3.4 How to request a return
Email support@mrfreeshirts.com with:
- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos or video if the item is damaged or incorrect
We'll reply with instructions and the return address.
3.5 Who pays for return shipping?
If return is due to preference/size/change of mind, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated. If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping as described in our policy.
3.6 How long until I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 days after the return is approved and received. Your bank may require an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit.
3.7 Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase unless your bank requires otherwise.
4. Exchanges
We generally recommend returning the original item and placing a new order. If an item is defective or incorrect, we may send a replacement at no extra cost.
Are exchanges free? Yes — for defective or incorrect items, we do not charge fees for replacements.
5. Payments & Billing

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Gift cards or installment options may appear at checkout if available.
5.2 Why was my payment declined?
Common reasons: incorrect billing info, insufficient funds, bank restrictions, or expired card. Try another method or contact your bank.
5.3 Processing fees
We do not charge additional payment processing fees.
6. Account & Privacy
6.1 Do I need an account?
No — you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account allows you to view order history and manage your details.
6.2 How do you protect my information?

6.3 Do you share my information?
We only share data with trusted service providers needed to process payments, deliver orders, or meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
7. Order Issues
7.1 I received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos or video. We'll replace the item at no cost if it is damaged or incorrect.
7.2 Part of my order is missing
Check tracking—items sometimes ship separately. If not, contact support for assistance.
8. Canceling or Changing an Order
You can request changes or cancellations before processing begins. Because handling starts quickly, contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it — you may request a return after delivery.
9. Security & Compliance
9.1 Are my payments secure?
All transactions use encrypted gateways and secure processors. We do not store full credit card details.
9.2 Fraud policy
We investigate unauthorized use claims. Suspicious activity may lead to order verification or cancellation.
10. DMCA & Intellectual Property
If you believe your copyrighted material is used without permission, submit a detailed DMCA notice to support@mrfreeshirts.com. Include all required information. We will respond according to our DMCA Policy.
